1 kg zucchini
1 tbsp Mix for potatoes
Herby breadcrumbs
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
black pepper
fine salt

Preparazione

Heat up the oven at 200 degrees, in the meantime wash and trim the zucchini.

Peel and remove the skin, use only fresh, hard and solid products.

Cut the zucchini first into halves and then into halves again length-wise. Then cut them into four pieces, again length-wise. You have to get even little chunks.

Put together all the ingredients into a big bowl and season them with olive oil and 1 tablespoon of our Mix for potatoes. Stir well and make it all develop more flavour.

Put breadcrumbs on a plate and pass the zucchini in them until they are completely covered by the breadcrumbs.

Put them, without having them overlap with each other, onto quite a big tray covered by cooking paper. Cook for 20-25 minutes until they become golden.

Serve them hot accompanied with a spiced yoghurt sauce.
